Contract Alignment

The Contract Alignment Assessment looks for documented evidence of policies, procedures, terms and conditions that are considered best practices for managing an information technology partnering relationship.

It uses these best practices as a benchmark against which to evaluate the Contract.

This evaluation then provides a roadmap with which an organisation can achieve a "win-win" relationship with a supplier, by striking a balance between the benefits of entering into the outsourcing relationship, against the potential financial costs and infrastructure risks associated with the arrangement.
